By enrolling in K-Pop Dance classes and/or Korean Language classes, you agree to the following: Payments: • All payments must be made in advance via in cash, or through the Stripe Payment Link sent to your email before the class session begins • Registration for Kpop Dance Classes is not confirmed until payment is received. • Fees are non-refundable except in cases of instructor cancellation or if enrollment is under 5 dancers per class. If enrollment does not meet the 5 student attendance mark per class, a refund will be given within 1-2 business days and an announcement will be emailed. Please invite your friends & have fun in this Kpop dance class offer! Students younger than 17: All students younger than age 17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Privacy & Information Sharing: • Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties. • Information is used only for class communication, scheduling, and payment purposes. Attendance & Responsibility: • Please arrive on time to class. • Missed classes are not refundable unless an emergency has occurred and notified to us through email. • Any rescheduling is at the instructor’s discretion. Injuries/Physicality • Please listen to your body. If a certain move is too difficult to do or need modifications, please follow our beginner versions that will also be taught in every class. • By signing below, you will confirm that you are physically able to participate in dance classes and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. Kpop Dance Philly will not be able to provide compensation for medical or physical needs. You are solely responsible for maintaining proper dance technique and condition and you agree to consult a physician if you have any concerns regarding your health or physical condition. Media & Recording: • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing. • If you want to be tagged in a post, please insert your Instagram username below next to your name. Conduct: • Respect for instructors and classmates is required. • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without a refund.
